Delete your FoxxClip account
FoxxClip is a VideoFoxx product. If you still have access to the app, the fastest option is Settings → Account deletion → Delete account.
If you no longer have the app, email us from the address connected to your FoxxClip account. We will use that message to verify and process the account and associated-data deletion request.
Request account deletionWhat is deleted
Deleting your FoxxClip account permanently removes your FoxxClip authentication account and the account identifiers associated with it. When deletion is completed from inside the app, FoxxClip also clears the locally stored products or projects, saved Media Packs, campaign memory, drafts, and workbench progress on that device.
What may be retained
If you used an optional production service or contacted support, identifiable production, transaction, support, security, fraud-prevention, or legal records may need to be retained where required by law or needed for those purposes. Ordinary account data has no additional fixed retention period after a verified deletion request; any records that must be retained are kept only for as long as the applicable legal, accounting, security, or fraud-prevention purpose requires.
A web deletion request cannot remotely erase data that remains only in local storage on a device. If you still have the app, use Settings → Reset FoxxClip on this device to clear that local working data without deleting your account, or use Settings → Account deletion to delete the account and clear local FoxxClip data on that device together.
